1. What if the unit can't be repaired?
We do not charge for the boards that aren't repairable, We do not make money if we cant repair ,so we make a great effort to repair faulty boards.
If the board is not repairable we will let you know by E-mail or Phone.
If you want the board back and you are willing to pay for the return shipping, we will ship it back, and if you don't want it back we will discard it at no charge.
2. What if I have an urgent repair?
We will drop everything else we are doing to help you out, but we would need detailed fault information for the faulty equipment.
3. What kind of warranty do you provide on each circuit board?
We provide a 6-month warranty on each circuit board we repair.
If the board fails within 6 months we will repair the board free of charge.
However, the warranty is voided if the board is badly corroded or if it gets hit by a bad electrical surge.
4. What if I have a faulty circuit board that is not listed on your website?
We repair a variety of boards beside the ones listed, since it is difficult to list them all or keep the site updated.
If you have a fault board that's not listed please E-mail or call with your situation.
5. How do I pay for my repairs?
Since we do not like to charge before repairs, we will bill you after we have repaired your circuit board(s).
6. How do you know the circuit board is fixed?
We use sophisticated test equipment that is designed for each board. We test the board before and after any repairs to find and fix any faults.
