Boumatic Board Repair
Below are some of the Boumatic boards that I have repaired.
1. Boumatic Detacher 3400 Perfection
The 3400 Perfection Milk Meter Detachers are intelligent units that provide a digital display and milking status at each milking bay. With time and use the display will go dim in the harsh, damp enviroment. The electronics can fail and corrosion can set in. This will set up electronic failure but we can help you by rebuilding the unit.
I use testing equipment to repair each unit for full operation.
I keep all the parts necessary to repair these units in stock all the time.
2. Boumatic Parlor Matrix Detacher
The Parlor Matrix Detacher possesses superior capabilities, providing optimal milking performance. Sometimes the electronics will break down for a variety of reasons, but we can help. Instead of buying a replacement, let us save you money by repairing your unit.
RECORD THE STALL ADDRESS OF THE CONTROL THAT IS BEING REPLACED AS THIS WILL BE NEEDED LATER.
I use test equipment to test the Parlor Matrix functions for operation faults so that they can be repaired.
All repairs have a 6-month warranty.
3. Boumatic 3200 Detacher
These are one of the older Detacher units that are still in operation today, but like all electronic equipment these will eventually fail. This can be; because of corrosion or an electronic part failure, but we can help rebuild your unit.
We carry all the necessary parts for this unit in order to repair it.
4. Boumatic Prism Pulsation Controller
This is Boumatic's newer Pulsation Control. It is designed with smaller electronic parts on the board, but it will do the same job as the PC-201 Pulsation Controller.
Even though this unit has smaller parts than the PC-201, it can still be repaired. Call us before buying a costly new unit.
5. Boumatic PC-201 Pulsation Controller
The PC-201 Pulsation Controller is a robust control. Its function is to pulsate form up to 12 cows or more in a milking parlor.
It performs its duty well, but since it is electronically driven, in time the electronic parts will fail and that is where we come in. We can help you by repairing your unit verses costly replacements.

6. Boumatic 2000V Detacher Board
The Boumatic 2000v detacher is also a auto detacher from Boumatic that we service
and rebuild when they fail.

7. Boumatic 4600 Signature Series Detacher
This picture shows both the front and rear view of the 4600 Series Detacher. As you can see, the small Milk Detacher control is comprised of tiny parts. When these controls fail, we can repair and replace the faulty, tiny electronic parts with the help of tweezers and a microscope.
We can replace the microprocessor and any other parts needed, and can also program the micro with your setting. Please state when you fill out the repair form what you need done to your unit.
Like all other boards they are tested with sophisticated test equipment before and after repair.
8. Boumatic Glacier Guard / Guardian II / Milk Pipeline Washer
The Glacier Gard , Guardian ll and Milk Pipeline Washer controls all look the same in appearance, but they can be set up and programmed to different tasks.
Their programming allows them to cool the milk tank, monitor the milk temperature, and dispense different cleaners for cleaning the milk line.
Over time the electronic tiny pars get faulty and the display get dim or the temperature circuit doesn't function correctlay any more and this is where we can help by repairing verses replace.
